Hillview Sutton Forest

Hillview is a true NSW gem. The estate was from 1882 to 1957 the country residence of the Governors of NSW and it has remained relatively unchanged since the early 1900’s making it unique, as no other governor’s retreats in Australia have survived. The property has had many regal visitors, the Prince of Wales, Prince Edward and the Archduke Franz Ferdinand. All the guests were treated to a feast fit for a king as David’s chef colleagues helped prepare a picnic beyond imagination.
